It is expected that our mentors stay in constant contact with their mentorees, having either virtual or physical meetings with them twice a month or once a week. It is expected at least an hour a week of support, where at least two hours a month are real-time conversations.
Our mentors' most important job is understanding the moment in time of their mentorees, and helping them through self-discovery and at growing and developing their career.
Our mentors are living in the future of our members, working together to help them get there. Joining these talented people to the right opportunities in the right circles is a crucial job in that goal.
