Description

We are a small but fast-growing tech company based in NY, and we are looking for a Demo Trainer for our social sector data solution, Quantibly.com.

The Demo Trainer (SDT) trains and implements Quantibly solutions to the new clients/customers. They will support the commercial software product lines in the global base.

Responsibilities

  • Train new customers/clients on Quantibly solutions.
  • Implement software into new customers/clients operations by assisting is installing software, setting up necessary databases, and templates.
  • Assist customers in successful software change management by making recommendations to executing new processes and procedures to ensure successful software implementation.
  • Assist with development of training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of Quantibly solutions.
  • Show the demo to the new clients/customers using Google Meet/Zoom/Skype/TeamViewer, and similar softwares.
  • Maintain a calendar for demos. Follow up with demo requests. Work in various time zones depending on where the client is.
  • Take meticulous notes to share with the business development and technical team.

Requirements

  • Teaching Skills – proven ability to teach software usage and functionality.
  • Technical Skills – processes a broad range of software application knowledge and a high level of general technical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Education: Background in marketing.
  • Experience: 1 year’s experience in software training is preferred.
  • Understanding of construction processes, marketing insights and Building Information Modeling.
