Description

You will form a crucial role in our company's sales machine, helping our prospective customers learn about our offerings and communicating and matching their needs through the rest of the company. You will form part in a very solid early-stage startup with a strong track record and venture funding.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting new leads through phone, email and other mediums
  • Match customer needs with our offerings
  • Provide a clear value proposition to new leads
  • Enter, update and manage information on leads on our CRM system
  • Solve problems and provide answers to customers
  • Following up with customers on a timely manner
  • Provide a familiar and warm communication to our prospective clients
  • Work in a fast-paced growing startup where you'll have to play many roles

Requirements

  • Strong English proficiency
  • Excellent computer skills
